How do I place a custom gift order?

Select the Shop tab and then select the curated option. You will then choose your pricing tier. Your next step is to select how you want the gift to be wrapped (gift box, gift bag, or gift display). You then choose the note card that fits your occasion. Once you click “add to cart” you will be prompted to complete a curated order form.

What are the custom gift price tiers?

We offer six pricing tiers named after some of our favorite people. Each tier reflects the value of the contents, packaging, and time put into the design. Prices are visible on the site.

What is included in the price of a custom gift?

The price you select covers everything. It includes our design and sourcing fee, the carefully chosen gift item or items, premium packaging, and a note card.

Will someone contact me about my custom gift?

We will reach out if we have additional questions or if we need clarification. Otherwise, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification about pickup, delivery, or shipping.

How long does a custom gift take to complete?

We require at least 10 business days to create and prepare your gift. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know in the form, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is a featured gift?

It is a ready-to-purchase creation. We have thoughtfully curated the gift, packaged it, and it is offered exactly as shown. These gifts are offered in limited quantities and can change throughout the year.

Can featured gifts be customized?

No, they are offered as shown. If you like the featured gift and want something similar, you can request this as a curated gift and follow the custom order option under shop.

Can any items be returned after purchase?

No, all sales are final.

What is the “Better Together” gifting option?

This is a group gifting option. When you order more than 5 gifts, this is your option for gifting. “Better Together” is great for wedding favors, welcome gifts, bridesmaid/groomsmen gifts, and corporate/client gifts.

Do you offer pickup, delivery, or shipping?

Yes! You can choose from the following options:

  • Pickup: This is available and packages can be picked up in Camillus. We will message you, if you select this option.

  • Local delivery (13215, 13219, and 13031): $5 fee

  • Delivery outside of 13215, 13219, and 13031: We will follow up with you directly to discuss timing and pricing.

  • U.S. shipping: $15 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the United States
